She’s Got A Business! Series

07 March 2018

28 MARCH: As a continuation of the successful Female Entrepreneurs Series, we will present 8 new events in the She's Got A Business! Series. Successful and talented female entrepreneurs from different industries will share their stories and practical tips on scaling their business.

Speakers are female leaders and influencers who work in Hong Kong and abroad from startups, eCommerce, retail, F&B, design, and other sectors.

Join us, meet with like-minded people, ask questions and exchange new ideas.

Part 5: Let's Talk F&B

"The F&B industry isn't hard if you follow the trends and start something that is hip and cool." A common statement about the F&B scene. So why do 60 percent of new restaurants and bars close within the first year, and around 80 percent go out of marketing within 5 years?

New technology and co-working kitchens made it easy to start your own unique, healthy, innovative, organic, plant consious (highlight appropriate) product line. Beyonce calls the world to go vega, so you even know the trend. But will you be able to make a profit out of it? Who actually does?

If you are among those who ever wondered if they have what it takes to start your own F&B business, or you actually already run one and want to make it more efficient or successful, come over!

Our speakers will share the stories how they started building their food empires and how they do it day in and day out. We will discuss what they wished they knew but no-one told them abou tthe F&B industry; we will learn common problems and solutions (hopefully) to make it happen in this attractive yet tricky industry.
